USB tethering is an option but it's speed is not great and I stopped using it after 2016 so no idea how it improved. You can get jio fibre installed, it's value for money around 399 will be billed monthly and it will give you 30 mbps and you can get 500tv channels and Hotstar subscriptions in extra 200 ruppes. So it's worth it
