USB not transferring data

When connecting pendrive via OTG, my S9 plus is only charging. no transfer file option is there. If anyone know how to get rid of this then please comment. Thanks in advance.

did u update the firmware for usb c
use file commander see if it detects OTG
or try this

else if your otg may have an app these days many branded companies like SanDisk have their own app for otg
