US BOUGHT s24 altra not supporting 5g in india

 I got the S24 Ultra, the US version, and I'm here in India. But guess what? I can't seem to get 5G on Jio. I even went to the Samsung service center, but they don't support US versions. Can you believe that? It's ridiculous! I'm thinking of switching back to iphone

with the sim card 5G working on iPhone ,  And  indian service center denied to check my device because i bought it  in USA , so samsung dont have international warranty on mobiles ?

Generally samsung don't have the international warranty concept. And US version of samsung mobiles don't support 5g in india. We are using different 5g bands here in India than US. If you are staying in india and planning to buy mobiles outside india probably you should buy an international version of any mobile.

Nope. Iam using US version of s21ultra with airtel 5G. No network issue for me.
NR78 is most common 5g band for most of location.

I am here for vacation like 3 months I bought fully unlocked device , this is not okay we are in 2024 , people are traveling all over the world once in month

Only samsung devices or not supporting other overseas mobiles I have from other vendors supporting 5g in india and other countries eg : iphone 15 pro
