Dear Samsung,


Please expedite the fix and new release of Android 11 software. Since I updated the software after numerous time the system prompted me, I regretted it. Now my S10+ is like an old phone with battery drained in less than half a day with 10% left and heat while using as well as apps lagging.

please dear make a factory reset after do a back up...I was also facing this issue what you have told ...what is the reason behind that problem..Samsung knows well..why we will always do a factory reset after every big OS update Samsung will knows...but now after reset my problem was solved. so please do that and if you still facing any issue. write here.
first Perform these steps if issue started after update

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop or type c earphone only for Android 11 )

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.

Also updated to UI3 (S10 5G) and boy, do I regret it. S-view cover no longer works (Accessories menu is also missing). Phone randomly lags. Tap back within a message thread and it kicks me out completely. Samsung clearly haven't learnt their lesson from the issues created when UI2 rolled out.  Have decided to throw Samsung to the curb and bought an ASUS ROG Phone 3. So happy now - look what happens when you don't get your s**t together, Samsung
