How can TTY should be off in samsung s22?

Download Google dialer (phone) app.

Open that app. It will ask to set as default. Do it.
Then click the three dots in that app. Open settings.
Open accessibility settings.
And turn off the TTY mode from there.

Then uninstall the app and make samsung phone default again.

It will work for sure.
