Why Samsung Qatar dont have a online trade in? The in store trade in value is so disgusting, S23 Ultra 1600 QAR? Compare to other countries when you pre order you will get +500 but in Qatar it become -500 🤯 No wonder people here prefer iPhones. Just saying!

Contacted them already. Same answer, they dont have online trade in, maybe they dont care about samsung users here in Doha and dont need customers 😅. Not surprised samsung galaxy have poor market share here. Good phone but poor marketing support. If they value their customers they have done something already. Qatar S23 ultra trade in value with pre registration (2,100) compare to UAE trade in value (2,700) and add the additional freebies, the margin will be more. 🤷‍♂️

The Trade in option in Qatar is indeed available only in the offline stores. However, the value of the device should be decided by the trade in team.

Yes, in Qatar the highest value is just 1600 qar for S23 Ultra. Qatar 1600 + 500 (bonus) = 2100. Online trade in value for UAE is 2210 + 500 (additional) = 2710. 600 QAR difference 🥲 To think S23 ultra brandnew in UAE is cheaper than in Qatar.
