Dear Samsung Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro when connected to my Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Specifically, the problem arises when I connect the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro to my Galaxy S24 Ultra; I can only hear notifications on one side. Strangely, all other sounds are functioning correctly.This issue is isolated to the Galaxy S24 Ultra, as everything works seamlessly with my Galaxy S22 Ultra.

I have attempted troubleshooting steps, such as re-pairing the devices and checking for software updates, but the problem persists.

As a loyal Samsung customer, I value the quality and reliability of your products. I believe this issue may be a software-related compatibility issue between the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and theGalaxy S24 Ultra.

Thank you for your assistance. I was able to resolve the issue by resetting the settings on my S24 Ultra.
