Hi everyone,
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. On my phone a touch issue is happening one specific area of the screen.
When I tap once with my finger in that particular area, the touch sometimes jumps up. Finger touch works normally everywhere else on the screen.
However, the S Pen works perfectly in the exact same area.
I have already tried the following:
No screen protector is installed.
Touch sensitivity was ON, but I turned it OFF and the problem remained the same.
Samsung Members → Phone Diagnostics → Touch Screen shows PASS.
I also tested in Safe Mode, but the problem is still there.
Could this be a damaged touch digitizer, or could it be a connector/display issue? Does the entire display assembly need to be replaced, or can it be repaired separately?

Hi I am a new Samsung user. My Samsung Galaxy A37 5G, which I purchased on 25 May 2026.The phone is relatively new, but I have been experiencing problems that are concerning to me:
The Samsung Gallery app opens but remains completely blank. After waiting for some time, it displays “Gallery isn’t responding” and gives options such as “Wait” and “Stop app.”
I have already restarted the phone multiple times.
I have cleared the Gallery app cache and checked that Gallery has permission to access my photos.
The Camera app itself works normally, and newly taken photographs are successfully saved.
I can see the newly taken photographs in Google Photos, but Samsung Gallery is unable to display them properly.
I have also noticed that the phone sometimes lags despite being a recently purchased device.
I noticed a date of 21 May data use on the device and purchased the phone on 25 May. I am not claiming that the device was previously used, but this has raised concerns about the device's activation/registration history.
The IMEI information on the phone matches the information available to me, but I could not find a serial number printed on the phone's box.
