And after a long wait finally we get the list of release and at the end they says they can halt the release anytime they want. 

What kind of experience is this? 

When iOS does it, they do it on all devices at once. 

I'm thingking it's time to say goodbye to Samsung now. 

Just because you do not have latest device doesn't mean you'll get release after 1 month. Very unfair practice.
