This is not the final version of Android Q i think...

This is the last closing version of beta ..

They clearly mentioned that they are planned to release official version to beta users before official release ..

And note they never mentioned this is the official version. 

Need to wait ..

same build has been released in Germany, Panama and South Korea for Pie users, so it's final. beta users simply get the same final build before non-beta users.

This is the patch for makinging the beta official.. Once the official release for beta ends the stable version of 10.0 will be released for pie users too..
