Galaxy SI am trying to exchange my Galaxy S20 device on the Samsung online store. Every time I enter my device's IMEI on the exchange portal I get the following message- This device is not available for exchange. Please select a different device.
I am trying to buy the Galaxy S23 and want to trade in my old phone. but it is not working. can someone please tell me what to do here?
Need response urgently.

Galaxy SYou have to check regularly every weeks by entering you device details & EMI.
I exchanged my A52 4g to buy S23.
Initially A52 was also not there and got the same message as you but I had regularly checked my device and after few weeks it's listed there.
I think every few weeks they changed the list of exchange devices at regular interval.
So I suggest you to check regularly or you can try offline on Samsung smart Cafe stores they have the same exchange offers.
