S20 plus is a failed model with infamous display issues. That's why most of the sites are not accepting it for exchange. Even the ones which are accepting it will give only less than 10k for it.
However, you can try Samsung online store. I heard that they're giving good value to Samsung phones, obviously. Go to the Samsung store, select any model and enter the details of your device for exchange. You will get to know the value.
