Is it normal for this phone to reach this temperature. I even noticed 50°c.
I played genshin impact in normal graphics setting and still it heats so much, i feel uncomfortable 😐

If anyone has this problem pls say what you have done to reduce this issue .

Playing a game like Genshin Impact will definitely heat your device up. Especially when it has an Exynos chip, not optimised for gaming and it lacks cooling technology. I won't recommend playing heavy games on s21fe for more than 45 minutes.

To answer your question, heavy gaming can cause heating in the range of 50-55 degrees, but it's not good for the device. I have seen phones heating up to 60 degrees in battery tests.

I played this in max graphics & max frame rates for 2 hrs, & my S20 FE 5G didn't break a sweat 😂 😂 Temperature was around 43°C but it still delivered 55 to 60fps constantly...
