Get the panel refixed as the glue has dried up prematurely. Mishaps do happen 😕

It's due to heat. You can solve by using glue which is available in mobile repair shops. You can buy through e-commerce. It's the normal issue.

Yes this is the problem with all samsung flagship series I recommend to affix screws fitting back panel if this will not be sort out for the future releasing smartphones

Today, when a Cashify executive inspected my S23 Ultra for exchange with an S25 Ultra but claimed the back panel was replaced, deducting ₹8K from the value. I had to cancel the exchange due to this unexpected loss.

Later, I found this issue is common, caused by overheating and weak glue. Interestingly, I’ve never played games on this phone, never faced any overheating issues, and always used a Spigen Liquid Air Case, removing it biweekly for cleaning. Yet, I never noticed the back panel detaching.

Now, I’ve lost the exchange bonus and must pay the full price for the S25 Ultra.

Disappointing build quality from Samsung at this price.
