The recent-app tray of my S25 Ultra oftentimes shows every app that is open on my phone, except the last app (app that is currently in use). This issue is happening after the One UI 8.0 update. It doesn't happen all the time, but it is fairly noticable.
It's a major update reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
