I recommend you to go for samsung screen protector instead of tempered glass.
Tempered make your screen touch harder
Specially you will face long time finger print unlock

U should go for Samsung Screen Protector instead of tempered glass to have a seamless experience...I also tried tempered glass on my S22 PLUS....but just after 2 or 3 days of usage have to shift to Screen Protector as the fingerprint wasn't working at all with tempered glass.....

so I highly recommend to use the Screen Protector that too of SAMSUNG as it is of very good quality.....

I am using Spigen EZ tempered glass on my S22+ and my fingerprint sensor works perfectly fine.

U don't have to press it harder and does it recognise fingerprint each and every time....also what is the response rate..like is it fast or have some delay 🤔

I press normally, just one tap on the scanner and it instantly unlocks. It is not 100% perfect, in rare cases I have to press a bit harder but that happens very less. There is no delay, I tap, the animation comes on and screen unlocks.

After installing the screen guard, I did the following:

1. Deleted all my previous fingerprints
2. Re-registered all my fingerprints, twice, like righr thumb 2 times and left thumb 2 times. That way I have 2 copies of each finger. It has greatly increased accuracy of fingerprint on the screen guard.

The spigen glass screen guard I am using is very thin, you won't even know there is a screen guard on phone, and is compatible with fingerprint scanner on my S22+

Oo ok actually I know about the points that u said above...but was having a doubt....so gone with Samsung screen protector

That is also fine, but I prefer glass screen guard as it provides better protection than plastic screen protector.

Spigen EZ Tempered Glass Not Available for S22 Ultra because S22 Ultra Screen is Curved. Only UV Glue Tempered Glass Supports S22 Ultra and UV Glue Glass difficult to install.
