I was asked by Samsung customer care to give my details so that their technical support group can contact me...2 days gone still waiting fir the technical team to remove an inbuilt photo album over which customer has no control ...and it occupies memory space meant for customer 
A ploy that will force customer to buy cloud space ....i never thought Samsung will stoop to such low levels

@samsung is going worst in giving update and service on time. Better to switch to other company device.

Yes. The company is doing low cheap level .
Are they not checked well before releasing software update.
Why the company release such faulty update not checked properly.

Call them again and ask for an update. Send a mail if you have not. Wait for a response for a few days then post your interaction in social media with screen shots of or voice recording if available. Vigorous pursuit should yield results.
