One of my worst experiences ever with Samsung mobile, I have used many S mobiles and was always a happy user.

Since the latest software update and the experience became a nightmare. System crashes, restart, network issues and applications errors.

No proper support over the phone. Samsung center have done factory reset and software but still network issue not solved.

People unable to call me and I am to call call them, imagine being almost in 2022 and such a System update getting released with all these bugs.

Almost Everyone coming to the service centre are facing the same issue. If Samsung is fair they should come up and take the responsibility of such and issue and should be transparent about it.

They won't cares if they cares about customers they have done it before....last 15 years I'm using Samsung phones but never ever i didn't faced such issues...I think it's time for a change.

That's why I choose my iPhone 12 pro max has my daily drive...have been expecting this android 12 to be release but with all this issues and complains, am not sure I will update my Note 20 ultra to android 12...I trust IOS it work speedily to complains...

Your authorized service centres are absolutely clueless with only trial error approaches that didn't work at all. Your 4ui 12 caused people inconvenience and loss of business. Expect many will migrate away from Samsung plus legal cases against Samsung!!!

I really not gonna fill any forms. I am really frustrated of Samsung support and service. Its It's obvious that they are playing a game and don't want to take the ownership of their action. I will post my story telling update and will take to public until this issue is solved. I will contact consumers protection in Dubai and if it required to take legal again I will do it.

New update.

Got a call today from Samsung telling me that they need to change the motherboard because of very minor dent on the frame they are claming that the screen will be broken if they open it, so they will have to change the screen and the battery as well(according to them if screen and battery comes as one set) and since I have Samsung care+ they have to use it and I have to pay 189 AED as insurance payment.

So now many issues are here:

1- They are claiming that the mobile not working properly maybe because of the dent onf the frame. Absolutely ridiculous from them of course.
2- My mobile out of the warranty because of such minor dent. I don't know how Samsung is claiming that, they are expecting us to use the mobile for almost a year without having a single dent on it, I have similar experience with apple and it was absolutely amazing.
3- I have to pay for the samsung care+ i.e 189 for a problem created by them.

My demand is very simple now to fix this:
1- Samsung to issue an apology letter to me for the inconvenience caused to all the customer due to their mistake and take ownership of the issue.
2- Replace the old phone with new phone.
3- Provide me with one extra year of Samsung care, and I am ok to pay for it. However, I am not happy about it.

If Samsung really cares about they reputation they need to handle this better. Your reputation at the stake here. Please spread the word.

Softwares keeps on crashing after recent updates, online help is clueless and just waste of time ( they pretend like they are not aware about crashes after recent updates) , thinking seriously to ban samsung from my life

Samsung has denied my request and their responsibility.

I have sent an email to the office of Samsung CEO and contacted consumer protection in Dubai for necessary escalation. I will take it will end.
