System notification sounds all the time

Hi,

The default system notification sounds alerts keep coming on my S21fe5g, even for events where the notification sound has been muted. This has started only lately, wasn't there to start with. It is quite disconcerting. Anyone else faced this issue or know a solution?

go to settings then go to accessibility then go to advance settings then turn off notification reminder
