Stutter in video playing

Just bought s21fe but witnessing slight stutter in video playback on ott apps as well as youtube. Its just like video playback is not smooth. Is anyone facing the same problem?

I am experiencing the same problem in vlc and mx player. I bought s23 1 month ago. The problem was existing on one ui 5.1 and now on one ui 6.
