My device is being displayed as J3 pro in my jio app. Using S21 FE though.

I had the same issue with jioapp ..sent an email to the support and it shows correctly now

Goto contact us in jio.com and in email section..just upload the screenshot of incorrect device name from myjio app and ask them rectify..

It is resolved automatically for me today, it shows S21 FE instead of J3 Pro but still says 5G not compatible.
