Why I'm facing storage issues like having other files as many gb .. i cross checked almost all my files bt i don't have any hidden files or other files bt why I'm having 20+ gb in it 😮‍💨

Those other files are your app's cache, so try clearing them; that should fix the problem.

As per your concern, we would like to inform you that the other files storage category contains data from apps you have installed on your smartphone or tablet. It includes items such as system files, cached data, and temporary files that do not fall into any other storage categories.

The data contained in the “Other” storage category cannot be deleted directly from your device. However, you can clear some of it by deleting cache or app data.

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve the Clear app cache and device cache.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.
