Dear, if u don't received the stable version of ONE UI 8 please wait for some time, if it not received then kindly please complaint to the samsung customer support or samsung service center through the WhatsApp or call. I hope they fix your issue soonly.

In any case, did you withdraw from beta? If you did something like that, you won't receive stable directly. You'll need to visit Samsung service centre and update to the stable using Odin. No other way left.
