It is not clear that the problem is at Samsung end or a Jio issue, but this trick might work.

Put your sim in other device in which Jio 5g is already working. 

Then go to my jio app in that phone and enable for true 5g. 

After successful activation, put back sim to your samsung 5g device.

Samsung has to release an update to enable modem support StandAlone Jio5g network and Jio5g will start working. Even a JIO5G activated working in apple 5G phone sim inserted in Samsung phone shows no 5g only LTE. Again works fine when inserted back in Apple 5G phone

Even the December 2022 update released is without 5G support. 


I have registered a complaint for 5G update not provided and hence 5G not working at National Consumer Dispute Resolution via Twitter
