Sound not coming from top speaker of S22 ultra

I have just found out that on my s22 ultra while incoming call, ringtone sound comes only from base speaker and not from top speaker.

Although while playing media sound comes from both the speakers.

I also have the same problem with my s22 ultra.I noticed this issue from the start whent i bought this(march 2022)till now they didn't rectified this issue.
