it's because may you simply update software by using mobile data or wifi....that is not actual and recommended process bro

you have to install software by using smart switch and pc or have to visit service center for flash firmware from them.....remember. Samsung always provides non A B partition Type Ota software not like other companies A B partition Type hence simply update by mobile data or wifi brings software holes over software maximum times and it creates various types of issues in devices.....smart switch process🤞👉 install smart switch in devices ( most of device comes with preloaded) ...install same version in your pc ....connect both by data cable....if there is any information regarding software update then automatically pc will detect......click to install software
