My Samsung Galaxy S23 5G did not receive the June and July security patch updates; please help me solve this problem.

Pull your notification panel down and click on power button then press and hold on power off button for few seconds until you see safe mode option.... click on safe mode button and your device will reboot into safe mode then try to update your software..... also try clearing settings and software update cache......

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the june security update already has been released for the Galaxy S23 5g series. you can check the software update on your device manually by the below steps.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings > About phone > software update.

If still not recieving, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue.
