I didn't get an update on my S23; I still have the April 2024 security patch. I purchased the phone in December 2023, and I still haven't received a proper update. I updated my S23 through a service center. Anyone facing this issue....

Kindly perform a factory Data reset and check. As of i think your issue will get resolved. If not then make a call with customer care then will guide remotely after checking yout Build Number.

Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

I tried a factory reset, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. Then, I called customer care, and the representative remotely connected to my device and turned on auto-update. They informed me that an update had been received two days please wait ?. I am waiting

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
