Galaxy S1. Go to Settings > System updates > Check for system updates.
2. Use Samsung Smart Switch:
Connect your phone to a computer and use Smart Switch to check for updates.
3. Try updating in Safe Mode:
This can help identify if a third-party app is interfering with the update.
4. Check your CSC code:
If you're comfortable with more advanced troubleshooting, you can check your device's CSC code and potentially change it to a region where the update is available.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
