Software update issue

while updating my samsung s9 plus device im facing an issue

Turn off your safe mode. And try again
It might be because of that your phone is not updating.

i tried after disconnection of safe mode but also i can able to update

You can use PC for update and for that you need to download smart switch for mobile as well as pc. I am giving you link by which you download smart switch app.

For Mobile

For Laptop/PC

https://www.samsung.com/in/support/smart-switch/

1- you phone should connect with pc/laptop via Usb cable
2- you pc/laptop has separate internet connection not with phone whom you are updating
3- By opening the smart switch app in pc/laptop will show your mobile phone, there below that you can see if update available for your phone
4- If available, you can download and install

Then try using Smart Switch.

And I would suggest you to Always use smart switch for updating your phone.
It is recommended by samsung itself.

i faced the same issue with my s9+ few days back. i tried many way, but nothing happened. finally i did factory reset and this issue resolved.
