Two days back I just restarted my device as it was giving some bugs after the android 14 update. But as soon as it booted up, it was unable to detect one of my sim card, i even tired flipping the sim cards, it was able to detect my other sim card but not the other one. Please help anyone.

1. Reset App Preference
2. Reset Network Settings
3. Reboot your device in Safe Mode
4. Restart your device in normal mode.

It will solve the issue, if not then there would be a physical damage.

Prefer YouTube video, if you face any issue in following the steps.

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
