I agree with you 100%. Clearly there's a glitch with the S22 series update. Samsung should have notified their customers as to why the update is late, including the security patches for those models.

You'll notice that A34 and S22 got the update in the same week, that is November 2023. SA however does mixup things.

Well if you read Samsung SA responses concerning updates then you'll understand they are kind of clueless. The team seems not to know what they are talking about

Then they should fire the while team and get people who know what they are doing
