My brother's phone Received android 11 update that is Note 10 and my Samsung galaxy S10plus  hasn't received any update for android 11..? Is there any process for the update...?

Wait you will receive soon it depends on device serial no.

Software updates are rolled out in batches based on your device manufacturing batch numbers.
it'll be available for most of the people this week itself if there are no major bugs like bricking of device reported by people who have received the update. Please wait few more days.

why batches???? why not at a time for all s10 series like apple.
