Samsung's One UI 7 update, based on Android 15, will start rolling out globally from April 7, 2025. Initially, it will be available for the Galaxy S24, Fold 6, and Flip 6 models, followed by the S23 series, Fold 5, Flip 5, and other tablets.

So, your Galaxy S23 Ultra is likely to receive the One UI 7 update by the end of April 2025.
