Hello Samsung Team, please confirm by when Software update for 5G is available for Samsung S20+

You get a software update and after that you are able to use 5G network, i read it somewhere

That's only for phones which have 5G hardware but Indian S20+ doesn't has 5G hardware so it's not possible

S20+ sold in India has Exynos 990 chip which DOESN'T SUPPORT 5G. Global variant has Snapdragon 865 which does support 5G. You won't get 5G with Indian variant of S20+.

There are thousands of cutomer complaints but samsung never responding about the 5g update on samsung device why we bougjt 5G phone when its not able to use, till jow no update by samsung officially ,they thing all indian customers are fool.
