Hello. I would like to know about the software update, I can't check any software update in my Samsung galaxy s10 5g (model number is SM-G977B) a

nd there is no information showing about last update. The security patch is still stuck on 1 May 2021. The phone I purchased from dubai and currently I am using it in India. What should I do now.. I have attached some screenshot for your better understanding.

What should I do now. Do I need to go to service center?

Normally you should be able to click on the last update option which gives you the complete info(2nd pic last option).
Try turning off the surrounding m automatic update option and click on download and install.

I have tried this, but not working. When I tap on download and install nothing happened😔

Download smart switch in PC once installed connect your phone to the PC and wait. If update is available it ll show. If it has helped you plz accept the solution.
