My phone's model is Samsung Galaxy S21, which is manufactured in Vietnam.Not getting the Android 12 update, though It's eligible. What should I do now?

Galaxy SM-G991B have already received Android 12 in India & Vietnam, you should be able to update, otherwise get the device checked
