I have the world's most powerful and costly phone and it doesn't support haptic effect in bgmi . Or doesn't have any likely feature in game mode . Shame on you samsung! Its very disappointing.
Its not Samsung's fault really. Its upto the devs of the game to implement it. Try downloading the game from galaxy store and see whether it makes a difference
