Galaxy SI am using a Samsung dual-SIM device and would like clarification on the “smart callback” behavior.
Requirement:
When I receive an incoming call on SIM 2, the phone should automatically use SIM 2 for the outgoing callback — instead of the default calling SIM.
Currently, outgoing calls are placed from the default SIM unless I manually select the other SIM.
Kindly clarify:
- Is there a built-in setting to automatically use the same SIM as the incoming call for callbacks?
- If yes, where is this setting located (One UI version specific guidance appreciated)?
- If not available, is this feature supported in any recent One UI versions?
Device Model: S21fe/ SM-G990B2/DS
One UI Version: 8.0
Region: India
Appreciate guidance from Samsung moderators or users who have successfully configured
