Hi friends, i seriously need help on this.
My sister got me s22 from japan. It was brought from au carrier shop. Now i am using it in Nepal. 
Buy i am having huge problem. I am unable to use the esim feature here. And there is no sim card Manager showing in the connection setting. What should i do? 
I am so annoyed because of this. 
PLEASE HELP!!!

First, check if there is any software update available for your device. Update it. Otherwise, there is an option in General Management >> Reset >> Mobile Network Settings or All Settings.

Did the network reset. It didn't work.

Yes i checked software updates. Already got 3-4 updated till date but none of them solved this issue.

Do i need make my sister visit to the same au outlet in japan to unlock the esim??
