Sim 1 showing connection problem or invalid MMI code

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE for about 1.5 months. After a few days of use, the SIM network shows full signal in the status bar, but I am unable to make or receive calls. 

When someone tries to call me, they hear a message saying that my number is switched off. Only messages work properly.

 I reset my phone once, and after the reset it worked fine for about two weeks. However, today the same issue has appeared again. What could be the problem?

The same SIM card works in another phone. I even tried a different SIM card, and the same error showing.

I have important data on my phone, and resetting it repeatedly is not a solution. I have already reset the device once, and the issue returned after two weeks. How many times am I expected to reset the phone? This is very frustrating.😪
