In the camera app, while shifting from 1x to 3x or 5x there is a shift in image or the subject in focus. This has been observed in many devices including the demo pieces at your samsung stores. I have attached the video where you can clearly see the issue being highlighted. Having paid a premium amount for such a flagship phone from a known brand this wasnt expected. Please look into this and get back with a solution asap.

But no point of visiting service center, If it's known issue Globally, they need to replace if it's hardware issue.. They need to sendout message to whoever purchased in first lot thats prebooked devices.
