S24 Ultra Camera Shift Issue

There is a lot of buzz around the corner about the camera/object shift issues in S24 Ultra when the camera lens gets changed while we change the zoom level, maybe because of the hardware issue (which I got to know from the information available on internet).

I had a talk about the same with the Samsung support team and they are not yet updated about the same by Samsung (Samsung India)

However, they promised that they will provide me the replacement even if my replacement time window is closed, because I raised this issue to the support team when my replacement window was open.

Let's hope fir the best, first of all, I prefer that there is no hardware issue and it is solved by the software update soon. If that is actually the hardware problem, I hope samsung doesn't refuse to replace my device.

Security update is a different thing, yes after the regular sw update, it is possible and I'm really hoping that it gets solved.

Lens shift issue from 3x to 5x in Samsung S24 Ultra. There is an abrupt jerk along with auto shift in focus. Customer care advised to reset camera settings. Result is the same before and after.

I tried resetting all the setting and even tried clearing the cache and data for the camera app.. The same issue persists.

I have never seen such issues in note 10 plus ,nor in my s22ultra nor i n S23ultra but it is there in S24ultra

Yes... I can't understand if this is a hardware issue or the software issue..

I have sensor shift on my S23 Ultra too.
Only noticed after s24 Ultra issues.
I wonder it it is even an issue.
