Shame on samsung

Today I visited the store of samsung they give me promise on the giving the free wireless charger I just went to enquire it now it has been told to me that there will no free wireless charger will be given to you and yes I pre booked the phone at that time samsung promised me about giving the charger but here now 3 months later and I have been touch with the samsung store since then but here now when went to store they simply refused to give the wireless which is pretty much sure that it was the false advertising by the samsung even though I don't care about the wireless charger but the question here arises that why promise when you can't give the benefit of the pre booking of phone 

Here I am questioning the unethical practice of samsung company 

Ps I dont care about wireless chare I have two of them in my house one is mag safe another I purchased it in year 2018 since then it is working fine 

It simply says that this company like to lure with offers but In the end it is false advertisement and I have got any wirles charger this feels cheating to customer who is a long term samsung user 

Yes I did shifted to iphone for flat screen but I like samsung phone better but this is not right samsung 

I purchased my device on 24 jan 2024 got delivery on 26 jan but then they don't have wireless charger back then that time I understood but 3 months are you serious 

And now I got to know that you will never get the free wireless charger 

Matlab dena nahi hai phir bhi ulujul promises 

Is this how you behave to premium customers samsung with f. A ke promises

Yes me 2 not got the charger yet.....this is just not acceptable from samsung

If this is true then..this is really unacceptable as it is unethical code of conduct/Service from Samu and same will lead to loss of Confidence in Samu..

Now a days neither SAMSUNG nor APPLE provide charger in box. We have to buy separately.
