Since purchasing my Samsung S21 FE 5G on August 1st, 2023, after extensive research, I've encountered persistent issues that are severely impacting its functionality. My phone consistently heats up excessively, reaching temperatures exceeding 50°C more than two times in a day, making it too hot to touch the side frame for more than a couple of seconds. This heating issue is coupled with rapid battery drain.

I've visited the service center twice in attempts to resolve the problem. Initially, in October, they performed a format and made adjustments in their system. Subsequently, in November, despite their assurance that a software update would rectify the issue, it remains unresolved even after the update in December.

This persistent problem is concerning, as such high temperatures could potentially lead to severe damage such as motherboard failure or even battery hazards. Unfortunately, I lack the financial resources to purchase another phone at the moment, making this issue a significant headache.

The heating and battery drain problems are unbearable for someone who expects their phone to last 2-3 years without such issues. I am in desperate need of a solution or any suggestions to alleviate this problem before it escalates further. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am currently in a difficult situation.

While, S21fe units do heat a lot. Although mine has never touched 45 °C maybe because i live in a cooler area. And 48-50 being a lot of heating if the issue is only with you, there also could be some chances of your unit being defective or lacking thermal paste(if that's used inandroidprocessors).

Samsung Service Center says that 48°C is Normal and there is no green line issue with that. He disappointed me in that way.

Idk but I've never experienced such insane temperatures, I do feel like my phones heats up constantly but temperature close to 50 degree is insane and would definitely cause serious problems.
Try writing an email with the temperature readings to samsung they might be able to help
