Hey there, I'm sharing one of the major issues that I'm facing currently. Both of my flagship devices (s24 fe and tab s8) after one ui 7 update are facing sensitivity issues. In certain apps during back gestures, it's not working properly. Sometimes I've to press the features or icons I want to work with, like 10 years old devices.

Even if a big brand like Samsung advertises its products in an attractive manner, it is truly irresponsible to not solve customer problems with the same enthusiasm. Especially when a problem like the greenline display issue is seen by many users, it should be taken seriously as a mistake by the company.

If a customer has purchased a phone at a high price, but the company refuses to provide a solution without admitting the fault of the device, it seriously affects the customer's rights. #Samsung

As per your concern, you have already done the possible troubleshooting steps and the issue remains unresolved, we request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
