Security update problem

My phone's samsung s20+, it was fine till yesterday, but now everytime i clear the recent apps, there a messages saying, "Security policy restricts you from stopping this application"

Phones bought through financing schemes have built-in tracking and remote lock/unlock software.

are u download any apk from chrome/Google play store, that apk/file is harmful for your device that's why this problem is happening!
