Security patch update is downloading slowly.

Samsung S21 FE 1 August 2024 security patch update is downloading very slowly regardless of the fact that I'm a high speed network. Please help. I have paused the update.

Please restart the phone and then try to download software update.

I thought earlier that it's my network problem.
Then after restarting and changing network it is confirm it is update issue.
