In the previous update of secure folder, we have the choice to separate the keyboard from outside/inside the secure folder. So we could use keyboard with some preference in secure folder, which does not change anything in the normal keyboard. But unfourutniltly, the new update removed this option from the secure folder settings and the keyboard now is the same preference as the phone keyboard ;(
