Secure Folder is not created

Hello, 
I am in need of help regarding the secure folder app. When I click the secure folder option, I sign into my Samsung account and then it says;

"Couldn't create secure folder, Something went wrong. If this problem persists, contact customer service".

For extra info I am using the Samsung galaxy s9+ with Android 10. I am also asking about this problem here instead of contacting customer service since it might help people if they have the same issue.

UNINSTALL SECURE FOLDER( IF NOT HAVING ANY DATA)

AND AGAIN INSTALL IT
NOW DO SETUP OF SECURE FOLDER

CHECK STILL PROBLEM??

Sorry but I forgot to mention that secure folder wasn't ever installed on my device so there is no way to delete it

Yes I was planning to do that but with my current situation I cannot do that, if you have any other solution please reply to me about it.

Did you buy the phone from another country? Please change CSC code or visit nearby visit service centre.
